I was greatly disappointed that my Valentine’s special was spoiled by the poor attitude of your staff. They were unprofessional in their service with their snickering and whisperings in front of the romantic couples in your restaurant which caused awkwardness amongst the couples, who were celebrating Valentine’s Day. Their bad service was a real damper for all couples at your restaurant.

I hope that you will look into this matter and train your staff properly to have the appropriate behavior befitting the occasion. I am quite hesitant to return to your restaurant for future celebrations.

I am writing to complain about the poor service that was rendered to me at your esteemed establishment on August 22, 2010, at about 8 pm. Before my arrival at your restaurant that evening, I had already made a reservation for a party of 6. My reservation was at 7 pm, and my party and I arrived at 6.50pm. We were made to wait for an hour before we were seated.

The table seating was meant for a party of 4, so my party and I were pretty cramped. The service was slow, and no apologies or reasons for the delay in our food were given. The manager was nowhere in sight.

I was greatly disappointed at the bad service at your establishment which was recommended by a friend. It was certainly a bad first experience.

I hope you shall take the appropriate actions to ensure no repeat of such a bad experience to your guests.
